Who operates GHOR·SCOPE
GHOR·SCOPE is an AIH Incubator property discovery and research pilot. We use personal information to provide the features you request, review submissions and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal contact lists.
Information you provide
- Enquiries and corrections: name, email or phone, property or requirements, message, consent version, submission time and review status.
- Signed-in workspace: account identifier, sign-in email and display name; selected workspace role; saved properties, quotes, personal scores, checklists, notes and decision stages.
- Sales and company tools: contacts you enter, lead details, budgets, follow-up dates, company ownership claims, public evidence links, and employee contact details and asset assignments.
Private workspace records are scoped to the signed-in account. Claims and team records stay pending and private until ownership review. Do not enter NID numbers, banking details, deeds, signatures or sensitive original documents. Only enter another person’s contact information when you are authorised to do so.
Essential browser storage
Sign-in depends on platform authentication. This site stores your privacy choice for up to six months. Explicit browser saves, comparison selections and watchlist markers are stored locally until you remove them or clear browser storage. They do not create a cross-device account or send alerts. Your signed-in decision workspace is stored on the server.
Optional analytics
Analytics is off until you select “Allow analytics”. When enabled, first-party events record public page paths and project view, save and comparison actions with a timestamp. We exclude workspace paths, query strings, form text and account identifiers from these events. No Google Analytics, advertising pixel or marketing cookie is installed. Implicit browsing-interest profiles are no longer collected.
You can refuse or withdraw permission at any time using . Withdrawal stops future optional events; it does not automatically remove events already recorded.
Security, hosting and external content
We use a daily pseudonymous hash derived from a network address to limit request and analytics abuse, and from an account identifier to limit workspace mutations. This is pseudonymous data, not a claim of complete anonymity. Hosting and authentication providers process network and account information to deliver and secure the service. The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure; signed-in workspaces use ChatGPT authentication.
Developer-hosted images and external publisher links may make a connection to that publisher, which can receive your network address. External sites have their own policies. Fonts are served by your device’s system font stack rather than a third-party font service.
Sharing and use
Authorised operators can review enquiries and operate the service. Your contact details are not automatically published, sold or forwarded to a developer. We ask separately before forwarding a buyer’s contact. Your private CRM is not an automatic feed of other users’ enquiries. Service providers process information as needed for hosting, authentication and operations.
Retention
Our operator policy is to review pending enquiries within 30 days and delete closed enquiries after 90 days unless an ongoing request or another retention requirement applies. These enquiry rules are manual; an automatic enquiry deletion schedule is not yet enabled. Account records and workspace entries remain until removed through an operator-assisted deletion request or an account closure process.
Application analytics and mutation-rate records older than 30 days are removed during subsequent analytics or workspace write activity. This is activity-triggered cleanup, not a guaranteed daily job. Infrastructure logs and backups follow provider retention practices; this application does not control every provider log.
Access, correction or deletion
Use the privacy request form to request access, correction or deletion. Include the relevant request reference or sign-in address. We may ask for proportionate identity confirmation; do not send identity documents through the public form. Pilot response timing is not guaranteed.
