GHOR·SCOPE is a property research and workflow service from AIH Incubator. These terms describe the service available during the pilot. Please read our privacy policy as well.
Research, listings and scores
We organise developer and publisher information and link to its sources. Inclusion does not confirm current sale availability, seller authority, ownership, approvals, condition or the accuracy of a quote. Published handover dates may be targets. Developer imagery may include artist’s impressions; our editorial illustrations are labelled.
Public-data scores measure documented evidence under our published methodology. They are not valuations, investment recommendations, legal opinions or structural certifications. Your private workspace score is your own assessment. Check original documents and use qualified local professionals before a property transaction.
Our role
GHOR·SCOPE does not accept property deposits, conclude sales or represent a seller merely by publishing a profile. An enquiry creates a private review request; it does not book a viewing or automatically send your contact details to a developer. No paid plans or payments are offered in this pilot. Any future commercial placement must be identified and cannot buy a higher editorial score.
Your account and submissions
Use information you are authorised to provide. Keep customer and colleague details accurate, relevant and lawfully obtained. Do not submit identity documents, banking details, deeds, signatures, malicious content or information that infringes another person’s rights. Company claims and team records remain pending and private until authority is reviewed. Choosing a workspace role does not grant access to another user’s records.
Shortlists and notifications
Browser saves, comparisons and watchlist markers belong to this browser and can be lost when its storage is cleared. They do not send notifications. For an account-backed decision file, save a property to your signed-in workspace. Review material changes with the original publisher.
Acceptable use and external sources
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, spam forms, impersonate a seller, or misuse personal data. External publishers control their own websites, availability and terms. Linked photographs and documents remain attributed to their publishers; a link does not grant permission to reuse them.
Service changes and corrections
The pilot may change and can be unavailable. We may restrict abusive use. We publish the date of material policy updates here; please review it when you return. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
